Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior FPGA Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Oversee and manage FPGA development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the planning, execution, and risk management of FPGA-based systems for neutron detector readout.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of FPGA solutions.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous process improvements.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of FPGA solutions in real-world applications.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in project management within FPGA or hardware development environments.
- Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, digital design, and hardware verification processes.
- Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management in engineering projects.
- Knowledge of FPGA development tools such as Vivado, Quartus, or Libero.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to drive technical teams toward successful outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in scientific instrumentation or neutron detector systems is a plus.
