Senior Frontend Engineer – Embedded Application Modernization - 15534

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to support agile scrum teams in transforming a legacy frontend application into a modern, modular TypeScript and React-based solution used within embedded systems. The role includes both maintaining the existing application and actively migrating functionality to a new architecture through reusable component libraries.

What you will work on:

Maintain and adapt legacy frontend implementation
Migrate features to modular TypeScript-based architecture
Develop frontend components using React and shared libraries
Fix defects and improve application performance and stability
Collaborate with embedded, software, and system teams
Support continuous integration and delivery of UI components

What you bring:

Strong experience with Java, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience using NPM and modern frontend build tools
Experience working with React-based frontend development
Knowledge of legacy frontend frameworks and migration strategies
Experience with Git version control systems
Understanding of frontend testing practices and tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile teams
Experience working with or close to embedded systems environments
