Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Data & Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute to the development of a Digital Twin that mirrors operational business processes, enabling scalable insights and improved efficiency
Design and implement a system that allows users to view, enter, edit, and approve items with strong focus on usability and reliability
Develop and maintain robust databases, ensuring integrity, performance, and proper relationships between data structures
Set up integrations with other systems, including dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), to provide seamless data flow and visualization
Manage coding, database management, and data migration in line with IT best practices
Support the adoption and use of process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS), contributing to effective process documentation and optimization

What you bring:

Experience working in large-scale organizations, with strong ability to navigate complex environments
Proven full-stack development expertise, covering front-end, back-end, UI, and database management
Solid track record in information and data management, including integration, migration, and ingestion
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive improvements in functions and functionality
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions
Willingness to learn and apply new tools such as ARIS for process modeling
Master of Science degree or equivalent professional experience
Full professional proficiency in English; Swedish language skills are meriting
Knowledge of financial services organizations is an advantage
