Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Develop and maintain digital solutions within the Energy Efficiency & Weight Digital team, focusing on automotive sustainability and compliance with market regulations.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional, empowered team to contribute to all stages of the development process, from gathering requirements to deploying code in production.
- Lead the development of new, modern digital solutions while also enhancing existing applications.
- Ensure the highest standards of code quality, participate in DevOps practices, and contribute to continuous improvements within the team.
- Engage directly with end-users to develop new features and functions that align with their needs and enhance product value.
- Support Volvo Cars’ commitment to becoming a climate-neutral company by 2040 through innovative weight management solutions in vehicle development.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience as a full stack developer, particularly in microservice architecture.
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with a strong interest in front-end development using React and TypeScript.
- Expertise in cloud services, particularly with Microsoft Azure, and experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Passion for clean, maintainable code, with a strong emphasis on automated testing and continuous delivery.
- Experience mentoring peers, leading teams, and solving complex technical challenges.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work directly with end-users and translate their needs into effective solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of modern infrastructure and development tools, including Git and cloud-based services.
