Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Develop and enhance a web service capable of analyzing Oligonucleotides, Peptides, and their Conjugates using LCMS data.
• Collaborate closely with scientists to understand project requirements and integrate scientific insights into the development process.
• Create frontend solutions using modern frameworks, ensuring seamless user experience and workflow support.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, SpringBoot, and related technologies to support data processing and analysis.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to automate testing and deployment.
• Deploy and manage the application using AWS cloud services.
• Ensure the service supports multiple output formats and provides an API for automation and integration with other tools.

What You Bring:

Experience and Competence:

• At least 3 years of experience in Agile development and full-stack solution creation.
• Strong focus on frontend development, with experience in frameworks like ReactJS and Redux.
• Proven experience in scientific programming, with familiarity in Chemistry, Physics, or Cheminformatics.
• Experience collaborating with researchers and experts in scientific fields.
• Extensive experience developing and deploying end-to-end solutions within research or scientific environments.

Technical Competence:

• Proficient in frontend development using ReactJS, Redux, and MaterialUI.
• Backend development experience, particularly with Java and SpringBoot (Core, MCV, Security, RestClient/WebClient, JPA).
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito, and frontend testing with Jest.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and code quality integrations (Sonar).
• Experience with AWS cloud services for deployment and application management.

Scientific Background:

• Strong understanding of scientific domains, particularly Chemistry, Physics, or Cheminformatics.
• Ability to apply programming skills to research projects and scientific problem-solving.
• Experience developing software to support research processes and data analysis.

Backend: Java, Maven, JUnit – Mockito, Web services based in SpringBoot (Core, MVC, Security, RestClient/WebClient, JPA – Hibernate)

Frontend:  ReactJS, Redux, MaterialUI, Jest

Cloud: AWS
