Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop software for consumer-facing and internal products across more than 100 countries
- Build and enhance end-to-end experiences for online car sales/subscriptions, global campaigns, and frameworks for internal teams
- Rapidly develop prototypes and concepts to catalyze product development, primarily focused on product enhancements
- Champion agile development methodologies and software best practices to drive innovation and quality
- Lead and support teammates in technical decisions, fostering collaborative and effective problem-solving
- Manage on-call responsibilities to ensure the reliability and continuity of critical products
What you bring:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a full-stack software engineer, proficient in C# and TypeScript with expertise in React (Next.js)
- Proficiency in continuous delivery environments, with experience deploying, running, and scaling code in production
- Start-up mindset with adaptability to fast-paced, fluid environments
- Experience in agile development practices and co-creation techniques such as pair programming
- Comfort with ambiguity in requirements, with a strong product-driven approach
- Data-driven mentality, with a focus on microservices and event-driven architecture
- In-depth knowledge of C# and associated technologies, with familiarity in Kubernetes in a cloud environment (Azure or AWS a plus)
- Proficiency in Tactical Domain-Driven Design and a strong foundation in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Expertise in React and related ecosystems, with the ability to design testable front-end components
- Ability to balance developer experience with web performance, including experience in micro frontends and backends-for-frontends (BFFs)
- Experience in scaling GraphQL (GraphQL federation experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet business goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teamwork
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as a senior individual contributor in a dynamic environment
