Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Contribute as a senior full-stack developer to the management and modernization of applications and core services supporting independent actors.
- Participate in all phases of the development cycle including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with team members using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior system developers expected to join the team around the end of 2025.
- Ensure ongoing development and support of existing applications and services in accordance with established guidelines and requirements.
- Lead modernization initiatives, including migrating functionality to modern platforms.
- Design and implement technical solutions to enable secure and efficient integration with external systems used by independent actors.
- Support operational reliability through proactive troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem analysis.
- Follow internal development standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of recent, hands-on experience with Java, SQL, Oracle, and REST-based services.
- At least 5 years of experience working with the OpenShift platform.
- Proven track record in maintaining and developing large-scale system environments with at least 5,000 users.
- Practical experience working in agile teams using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong skills in technical design and data modeling.
- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Tekton.
- Demonstrated experience in user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Previous experience working with Swedish government agencies or other public sector entities.
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with tools such as IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, and Argo CD.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and frameworks including Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, JBoss EAP, Quarkus, Maven, Oracle SQL, ActiveMQ, SoapUI, REST, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with integrations involving procurement systems such as Mercell Tendsign.
