Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of a scalable digital IoT platform with high performance, security, and maintainability
- Design, build, and maintain full stack software solutions using .NET (latest versions) and React
- Develop backend services, APIs, and database integrations to support advanced analytics and asset monitoring functions
- Drive implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerized deployments
- Set coding standards, perform code reviews, and champion engineering best practices across the team
- Troubleshoot complex software defects and optimize system performance
- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional environment with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders across Sweden, Poland, and India
- Break down technical requirements, estimate work effort, and support sprint planning and delivery
- Introduce modern software engineering methods and innovative technical solutions to enhance platform capabilities
- Mentor and coach developers to build a strong engineering culture and technical excellence
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development with at least 3–5 years in senior or lead roles
- Strong expertise in full stack development using .NET and React
- Proven experience in system and software architecture for scalable and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure or equivalent) and microservices design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in global teams
- Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is highly valued
