Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst – Factory IT & Digitalization to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support production projects as a Functional Analyst within the Factory IT & Digitalization department.
- Act as the interface between central MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and logistics projects, communicating standards and identifying gaps.
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for data mapping in production lines.
- Map business processes, identify improvements, and design proposals for enhanced workflows.
- Advise on digitalization initiatives and collaborate with engineering teams on projects for automated production cells.
- Transform business needs into functional processes or technical solutions that support production efficiency and quality.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in requirements analysis, business systems, and data-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of business flows and digitalization in manufacturing, preferably with SAP exposure.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to both the big picture and operational details.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to navigate complex processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Meritorious skills:
- Experience with OEE measurement and production follow-up.
- Proficiency in scripting, e.g., Python and/or Excel VBA.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Fluency in English and Swedish is preferred.
