Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant – Hardware Specialist (D365 Commerce) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as a Functional Consultant within the InStore Checkout team, focusing on hardware requirements and integration within a retail hardware landscape
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document functional design documents (FDDs)
Develop, review, and refine FDDs to align with project and business requirements
Ensure effective integration between Dynamics 365 Commerce and retail hardware systems
Support hardware implementation and configuration activities for in-store solutions
Work on POS integration and Store Commerce App deployment to enhance retail operations

What you bring:

Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 with a focus on Commerce/Retail solutions
Strong knowledge of Store Commerce App functionalities and deployment processes
Hands-on experience in hardware implementation and configuration within retail environments
Proficiency in POS integration, ensuring seamless operation across platforms
Solid understanding of hardware requirements in the context of retail system architecture
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed and accurate FDDs
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
