Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Functional Safety Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Update and manage time plans to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee planning activities and maintain dashboards.
- Define milestones and update safety plans with the latest work product status.
- Organize and maintain folder structures and documentation.
- Support safety analysis and reviews, participating in safety meetings and discussions.
- Conduct safety requirements reviews and collaborate with experts to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Engage in technical discussions related to safety topics.
- Review methods and processes, representing the team in safety support forums.
- Suggest safety solutions and participate in core meetings.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in functional safety engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in JIRA for managing FuSa dashboards and folder structures.
- Experience with Excel for updating safety plans and tracking work products.
- Knowledge of ISOgraph for fault tree analysis (FTA).
- Hands-on experience with MATLAB/System Composer for FTA analysis and signal properties updates.
- Familiarity with Polarion for checking coverage of safety interfaces.
- Competence in FMEA, HARA, DSA, CRISP/HW VCT, and PHSR.
- General knowledge of FuSa to represent EMS in support forums and suggest safety solutions.
