Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Conduct functional safety assessments, including risk analysis and safety integrity level (SIL) evaluations.
Review product designs, documentation, and test results to ensure compliance with EN 1175:2020 and ISO 13849.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess safety risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure safety-critical features and systems are correctly validated and documented.
Identify and resolve potential safety-related issues before product launch.
Support the certification and compliance process, providing expertise in functional safety requirements.

What you bring:

Proven experience with EN 1175:2020 and ISO 13849 standards.
Strong knowledge of functional safety assessments, risk analysis, and safety lifecycle management.
Expertise in safety-critical system design and validation.
Background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, focusing on safety-related systems.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in functional safety are a plus.
