Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior GDL / Lead Engineer – Automotive Industry to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Take responsibility for leading and coordinating engineering work packages towards key clients in the automotive sector.
Act as the main technical contact point between internal teams and the customer.
Drive design and development activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and technical requirements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure efficient communication and high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to optimize the engineering workflow.

What you bring:

1–2 years of experience as a Lead Engineer within one of the Geely Group companies.
Experience from Geely Group within the past 5 years.
Ability to work onsite 100% in the Gothenburg area.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a structured and proactive approach.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and confidence in building a wide professional network across the organization.
A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and drive progress independently.
