Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Configure, develop, and optimize Genesys Cloud solutions based on business and user requirements.
Create new configurations for business processes and perform comprehensive testing following approved changes.
Support teams in ensuring the platform is correctly configured to meet operational and customer needs.
Test and validate new platform features and enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation.
Produce analytical reports on platform usage to support performance tracking and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and effective adoption of new functionalities.
Handle reported incidents, perform troubleshooting, and provide technical support to resolve issues efficiently.

What You Bring:

Strong knowledge and documented certification in Genesys Cloud.
Proven experience in Genesys Cloud Architect flow and AI integration.
Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and implementation of Genesys Cloud solutions.
Ability to generate reports and insights for follow-up and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience in knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring team members.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Collaborative, pedagogical, and proactive approach to team communication and support.
