Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Global Admin Support to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging background checks, IT equipment, account setup, and closure.
- Manage financial administration, including invoices, purchase orders, time report reviews, and overseeing contract extensions for consultants and vendors, ensuring compliance.
- Procure and administer IT equipment and devices, maintaining accurate inventories and ensuring availability for team needs.
- Support contract management, financial controlling, and follow-up tasks to maintain a controlled and compliant administration of vendor agreements.
- Assist team leads with a range of administrative tasks, including meeting and workshop logistics, travel arrangements, expense management, and visitor support.
What you bring:
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the IT sector.
- Proven expertise in financial management and controlling within a large organization, with proficiency in financial management software and PMO tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Initiative and ownership in identifying new tasks and driving them to completion.
- Skill in developing effective routines to streamline processes.
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in a global company, with the ability to collaborate across diverse geographies.
