Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop, integrate, and verify analog frontend design for micro-/millimeter wave solutions in MINI-LINK products (6–80 GHz)
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling throughout the development cycle
Integrate and verify new features and functions to ensure high-quality product delivery
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide production support when needed
Drive continuous improvements in products, processes, and ways of working
Enhance and evolve automated test frameworks using MATLAB and Python for efficient verification and integration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional design teams, sourcing, and supply functions to enable successful product development

What you bring:

Proven experience in systemization, design, and testing of analog frontend solutions (6–80 GHz)
Strong knowledge of microwave instruments and measurement techniques
Hands-on expertise in automation and development of test systems for telecom products
Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for test automation and data analysis
Familiarity with GIT, GERRIT, and database handling in a development environment
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hardware development, verification, and hardware/software integration
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
