Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design and development of electronic hardware, including schematics, PCB layout, and component selection
Lead hardware development from concept through to final product delivery, ensuring high quality and performance
Perform testing, verification, and documentation of hardware designs, including functional and EMC testing
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal specialists, suppliers, and customers to ensure design alignment and product success
Contribute to requirements definition, quality assurance, and issue resolution throughout the development process
Participate in supplier and customer meetings, providing technical expertise and support
Continuously improve design processes, tools, and methods to enhance efficiency and quality

What you bring:

Proven experience as a senior hardware designer with strong expertise in electronics design and development
Solid background working with lithium-ion battery systems and energy storage applications
Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout, and requirements management
Hands-on experience in testing and verification, including EMC compliance
Skilled in hardware CAD tools, preferably Altium Designer
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a structured and proactive approach
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for innovative hardware development
