Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Developer – PCB Design to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Take end-to-end responsibility for PCB design and quality assurance, from early development to product maintenance in the field
Lead and contribute to global PCB technology development and governance
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including radio, digital, mechanical, thermal design, and production to deliver high-quality PCB solutions
Design PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro and related tools
Develop and analyze board floor plans, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and reliability
Support Product Lifecycle Management and prepare technical documentation for PCB designs
Drive improvements in PCB/PBA design processes, methods, and ways of working
Contribute to technology studies, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams
Participate in projects within the PCB domain and support multi-site development efforts

What you bring

Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB design
Proficiency in Cadence Allegro or similar PCB design tools
Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and mass production requirements
Knowledge of telecommunication systems and electrical design principles
Familiarity with thermal design, signal and power integrity, and related simulation tools
Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
Scripting capabilities to support automation and design efficiency
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, and technical documentation)
Collaborative approach with willingness to share knowledge and contribute to global teams
