Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior HIL Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design, develop, and continuously improve Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rig solutions aligned with AD/ADAS, protective safety, and vehicle motion control development needs
- Commission new HIL test rigs and integrate hardware and software components across systems
- Develop and maintain automation solutions supporting CI pipelines and system test activities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve faults within HIL environments, covering hardware, software, and infrastructure
- Improve CI pipeline stability, performance, monitoring, and metrics visualization
- Support system test automation initiatives across multiple product teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for HIL rigs, configurations, and changes
- Act as first-line support and triage for CI environment disturbances
- Collaborate closely with software developers, system testers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
What you bring:
- Strong experience in HIL development using dSPACE and Vector tools (e.g., CANoe)
- Solid programming skills in Python, CAPL, and C
- Good understanding of automotive electrical architecture and embedded systems
- Experience with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
- Hands-on experience with CI infrastructure, automation pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring solutions
- Working knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink
- Proficiency with Git, command-line tools, and SSH
- Experience in embedded software testing, validation, and quality assurance within automotive systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and a structured approach to problem solving
- Clear communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and Agile team
