Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior HIL/VIL Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Maintain and operate VIL rigs with Vector systems.
Perform software downloads, diagnostics, and gateway testing (Basetech).
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis at complete vehicle level.
Perform log analysis using CANoe, Wireshark, and DLT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing accuracy and system reliability.
Manage software updates and ensure correct configuration of test environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

What you bring:

Practical experience in Basetech testing, including SWDL, diagnostics, and gateway validation.
Strong skills in log analysis using CANoe, Wireshark, and DLT.
Proven hands-on troubleshooting experience in vehicle environments.
Proficiency with Vector tools such as CANoe and CANalyzer.
Deep understanding of CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.
Experience with OSB, Cynosure, and Confighub systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field.
Valid Swedish B driving license.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Meritorious experience in continuous integration (CI), baseline and binary management, and test automation.
Positive, forward-looking attitude with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
