Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Hub Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the daily operations of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and managing digital services and web solutions.
- Oversee budget, resource planning, allocation, and ensure efficient use of team capacity.
- Drive and continuously improve management processes, including IT security, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the main link between IT, CX Design, Architecture, Communication, and other business units.
- Support and coach team members to foster engagement, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Monitor progress, goals, and outcomes, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Manage contracts, sign new agreements when required, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Represent the Web Hub in management forums and collaborate closely with other leaders within CX and Digital Channels.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance models, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in a leadership role such as Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Project Manager within digital or IT environments.
- Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and business processes, with the ability to balance technical and organizational priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, administrative operations, and IT security or compliance work.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Background in IT, digital development, or agile team management, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or within agile frameworks is considered an advantage
