Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Manage projects focused on customized refrigeration and HVAC/R systems from concept to delivery
Perform technical design and calculations for tailored refrigeration solutions
Liaise with classification societies, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance and coordination
Monitor both in-house and external production progress to ensure quality and deadlines are met
Support procurement activities related to assigned projects
Contribute to product development initiatives focused on sustainability and innovation
Collaborate with sales teams by providing quotation support and technical input
Prepare technical drawings and documentation for both sales and production teams
Travel occasionally to customer sites, suppliers, and production units as required

What you bring

University degree in engineering or equivalent background in mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, or energy technology
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or other 3D CAD software
Strong general computer skills and comfort working with digital tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and systematically
Strong results orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Genuine interest in energy-efficient system design and natural refrigerants contributing to the green transition
