Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IAM & Azure Software Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Define, design, and develop Azure infrastructure for the new Core Digital Retail offering, ensuring alignment with the high-level conceptual model and organizational goals.
• Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across the Azure environment, supporting secure and efficient access for retailers, franchisees, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Azure Cloud Excellence (ACE) team, tenant leaders, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and knowledge transfer.
• Support the initial transition and deployment of D365, Retailer Integration Platform, and Power Platform services within the new IKEA Retail tenant.
• Facilitate retailer and franchisee engagement for tenant access and onboarding, ensuring smooth rollout of the Core offering.
• Proactively plan infrastructure and IAM solutions, anticipating challenges and providing strategic insights for future developments.
• Provide guidance and outside-in perspectives on ways of working, governance, and the future state setup of Azure infrastructure and IAM processes.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making, applying modern integration principles and best practices.

What you bring:

• Proven experience leading cloud-based platform implementations, preferably with Microsoft Azure in a global, enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Azure infrastructure design, management, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with D365, integration platforms, and Power Platform deployment in complex, multi-tenant environments.
• Ability to work effectively in high-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver structure to complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams across diverse functions.
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, infrastructure planning, and modern cloud integration principles.
• Demonstrated capability to turn strategic objectives into operational actions and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Curiosity and drive to acquire new knowledge, champion new methods, and improve organizational processes.
• Fluent in English; experience working in global, cross-cultural teams is highly valued
