Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IAM/Sailpoint Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design, develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
Implement and manage role-based access (RBAC) for various roles and user groups
Integrate SailPoint with other IAM and security platforms such as Entra ID and CyberArk/PAM
Participate in IAM projects with a focus on both development and ongoing management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

What you bring:

Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration and implementation
Documented experience in role-based access (RBAC)
Strong technical background in IAM and security
Solid understanding of integration work and IAM architecture
Fluency in spoken and written English
Advantageous experience with CyberArk (PAM) and/or Entra ID
Background in banking, finance or other highly regulated industries
Knowledge of Mainframe integrations with IAM
Strong communication and pedagogical skills
