Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior ILS Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Plan, analyze, and optimize processes related to maintenance, spare parts, operational reliability, and technical information throughout the system lifecycle.
- Lead and further develop ILS activities within ongoing defense projects.
- Perform analyses such as LCC (Life Cycle Cost), ARMS, FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis), LORA (Level of Repair Analysis), and similar studies.
- Optimize maintenance planning and develop effective spare parts strategies.
- Create, update, and quality-assure technical documentation in compliance with standards such as ASD S1000D.
- Design maintenance plans and manage consumables registers (GOF).
- Contribute to process and tool improvements for logistics analysis and system maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including system security, purchasing, and engineering, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and related methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding of systems and maintenance structures.
- Experience working with technical documentation and performing analyses (LCC, FMECA, LORA).
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Swedish driving license (B) and Swedish citizenship.
- Ability to pass security screening according to applicable regulations.
- Meritorious: experience in defense-related projects or clients (Swedish Armed Forces, FMV, Saab, Bofors, FLIR), knowledge of ILS standards (ASD S1000D, S-Series, MIL-STD-1388), and prior work with logistics systems or LSA data.
