Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of the Future-proof Accounting and Reporting (FSRR) change initiative
  • Act as the central link between the program team and the receiving organization to ensure effective collaboration
  • Establish and maintain efficient structures for case, issue and question management
  • Facilitate communication between central and local stakeholders to align needs, priorities and deliveries
  • Monitor implementation progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or bottlenecks
  • Drive structured follow-up to ensure smooth handover and successful adoption of new processes and ways of working
  • Contribute to a positive implementation experience through clear communication, planning and support activities
  • Prepare and organize implementation-related documentation and coordination routines

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience with administrative coordination in major change or IT programs
  • Proven ability to structure and prioritize complex flows of inquiries and parallel activities
  • Experience working with both central and local stakeholders in large organizations
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Strong planning ability and structured work approach
  • Independent and proactive mindset with the ability to drive your own responsibilities
  • Solution-oriented, persistent and empathetic working style
  • Strong collaboration skills and an ability to build trust in cross-functional environments
  • Experience within finance, accounting or insurance sectors (meritorious)
  • Experience with ERP implementations, preferably in federated or decentralized organizations (meritorious)
  • Experience in change management and user support during system transitions (meritorious)
  • Understanding of behavioral change and implementation support methodologies (meritorious)
