Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Propose and develop innovative design solutions with a clear product message and strong brand identity
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D design concepts including sketches, renderings and visual prototypes
- Lead the development of both interior and exterior design concepts from idea to production
- Drive design strategies aligned with business goals, user needs and brand direction
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary product development teams across engineering, design and manufacturing
- Influence early product development phases through conceptual exploration and design vision
- Guide design reviews and ensure design integrity throughout development and industrialization
- Represent design strategy for assigned programs and secure alignment with stakeholders
- Anticipate design trends and integrate future-focused concepts into product roadmap
- Mentor and coach design teams to elevate design quality and capability
What you bring:
- 12+ years of experience in industrial design, transportation design or product design
- Recognized subject matter expert with strong industry credibility and thought leadership
- Proven track record of delivering successful design solutions from concept to production
- Advanced skills in visualization, 3D modeling and design communication
- Strong creative problem-solving ability with a user- and brand-focused mindset
- Expertise in both interior and exterior product design
- Ability to influence at strategic level and navigate complex decision-making environments
- Experience building and maintaining strong internal and external professional networks
- Proven ability to mentor and develop design talent, acting as a role model and design ambassador
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, design innovation and future mobility insights
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design vision and value across the organization
