Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Industrialization Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for manufacturing and industrialization projects.
Prepare project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for production, installation, and testing of new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
Monitor progress and performance against project plans and take action to resolve issues and minimize delays.
Identify, develop, and coordinate necessary resources to ensure project delivery.
Prepare engineering standards, design documentation, and work specifications as required.
Support development of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and project staff.

What you bring:

2–5 years of relevant experience in industrialization or manufacturing project management.
Practical knowledge of project planning and execution within an engineering or production environment.
Ability to work independently under general supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills for moderately complex issues.
Clear communication skills and the ability to influence others through facts, policies, and best practices.
A proactive and structured working style with strong attention to detail.
