Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Information Security Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and document threat modeling workshops using the Rapid Threat Modeling method.
- Analyze, investigate, and set requirements for information security across various projects.
- Provide expert advice on secure development and threat modeling within the project framework.
- Validate information security requirements in design and realized capabilities.
- Collaborate with sub-project teams to ensure alignment with security requirements.
- Offer guidance on relevant security requirements from the requirements catalog for each sub-project.
- Contribute to the design of solutions and the realization of security requirements.
- Quality-assure deliveries related to information security.
- Work cohesively with all sub-projects and security operations to ensure a holistic security approach.
What you bring:
- Deep understanding of security, threat modeling, and industry best practices in information security.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure-related information security and financial operations.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and their application to business and IT operations.
- Exceptional ability to engage in dialogue with stakeholders across the business.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and balance multiple priorities.
- A holistic perspective with the ability to provide sound, strategic advice.
- Excellent pedagogical and communicative skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with agile working methods and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in leading threat modeling workshops and analyzing modern system architectures.
- Ability to validate and verify information security requirements effectively.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and compliance.
