Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Ensure that architectural designs developed in projects and initiatives align with governing principles and are thoroughly documented.
• Provide architectural management for both daily operations and projects, ensuring changes are executed efficiently, sustainably, and with high quality.
• Act as a key advisor on design and architecture, collaborating closely with project managers, security experts, and suppliers.
• Communicate and anchor architectural decisions at all organizational levels, supporting informed decision-making.
• Maintain and evolve the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with the evolving IT landscape.
• Design and manage network and communication solutions, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, switching, routing, load sharing, and firewalls.
• Serve as operational support for IT delivery and ensure compliance with IT principles and guidelines.
• Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with operational and IT experts to align architectural strategies.

What you bring:

• Broad expertise across multiple technical domains with solid experience in strategic infrastructure design.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure architecture, including modern communication technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud services such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as VMware, backup, and storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT capabilities, complexities, and the interplay of opportunities and limitations within an organization.
• Ability to take a holistic view of infrastructure needs and align them with business objectives.
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect to describe, model, and analyze complex structures.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and lead workshops effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to IT operations within a permit-driven organization.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing organizational needs from a customer perspective.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
