Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, stability, and performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across servers, networks, databases, and other infrastructure components.
- Implement operational procedures, standards, and best practices to optimize infrastructure performance and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support seamless IT operations and project delivery.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and configuration of infrastructure services in line with business requirements.
- Contribute to automation, monitoring, and reporting initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in capacity planning, risk assessments, and business continuity activities to prevent operational disruptions.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in infrastructure operations, IT system administration, or related roles in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools, incident management, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond efficiently in a dynamic environment.
