Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Installation Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Plan, organize, and oversee installation work for electricity and automation systems.
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Liaise with Bas-U and other stakeholders to guarantee compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
- Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site challenges during installation.
- Support the handover process and documentation of installed systems.
What you bring:
- Technical education in automation, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of automation and infrastructure/property systems.
- Proven experience working on technical projects in industrial or infrastructure settings.
- Experience in project execution, including technical, financial, and scheduling aspects.
- Previous experience as a leading installer is a strong merit.
- B-driver’s license for travel to multiple installation sites.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and formal certifications (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) are advantageous.
- Motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic, challenging environment.
