Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Interim Group Manager / Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coach a skilled embedded development team, ensuring strong collaboration and efficient daily execution.
- Drive the roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for the product area to secure clear direction and aligned development efforts.
- Ensure timely, high-quality deliveries with the right technical depth and content.
- Manage budget follow-up, resource planning, and capacity allocation across ongoing initiatives.
- Act as a technical sounding board within electronics and embedded systems, supporting the team with guidance and decisions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with mechanics, testing, project management, and product management.
- Support development from early concept through industrialization, ensuring smooth handover to production.
What you bring:
- Experience in team leadership, development management, and project management.
- Background in electronics, embedded systems, and/or mechatronics.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, preferably within industrializing environments.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, depending on project needs.
- Structured, driven, and communicative mindset with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Meriting experience from EVSE or automotive domains.
- Technical expertise in electronics design, PCB development, power electronics, or systems engineering
