Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Interim Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and ensure stable, secure, and highly available operations of mission-critical IT infrastructure
- Hold overall responsibility for operations, personnel, and finances within the area, including line management responsibility for unit managers
- Lead and develop the organization with a lifecycle perspective covering planning, implementation, operation, support, and continuous improvement
- Ensure effective governance of IT infrastructure, security, operations and support, platform management, identity and access management, and mission-critical technical platforms
- Develop long-term operational and strategic plans aligned with business needs and organizational objectives
- Contribute actively to overall management and leadership work, providing a strategic and holistic IT perspective
- Drive change initiatives and foster engagement and commitment across teams and stakeholders
What you bring:
- Relevant academic degree in IT, technology, or a related field
- Documented leadership experience within IT infrastructure, platform services, or similar domains
- Solid technical understanding combined with a strategic and business-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of strategic development, business management, and financial responsibility
- Proven ability to drive change and build commitment within an organization
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging customers and stakeholders at multiple levels
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Swedish citizenship
- Extensive experience and deep understanding of strategic development and operations management
- Extensive and documented experience in strategic leadership within IT infrastructure, platform services, or similar areas
- Extensive and documented experience in change management
- Experience with indirect leadership models
- Experience and knowledge within enterprise architecture and IT architecture
