Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Intune Application Packager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Perform application setup documentation, testing, and packaging via the AMO portal.
- Execute mass application distributions and removals through SCCM.
- Maintain packaged applications in systems such as Client Software Catalogue and Active Directory.
- Manage ticket allocation through BMC Remedy.
- Create, handle, and troubleshoot VBS, BAT, and PowerShell scripts used by the CAM team.
- Troubleshoot MSI/App-V package-related issues.
- Develop and maintain reports in SQL and Power BI for CAM team operations.
- Maintain the internal “Information Tool” used in SCCM.
- Support Incidents, Problem Management, and Critical Incidents in coordination with the IT service team.
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application packaging.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Intune.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in creating and maintaining managed enterprise clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft client, server, and cloud products.
- Experience with MDT, SCCM, Intune, and other deployment technologies.
- Proven experience in client platform troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:

Certifications such as MD-101 / MD-102 or equivalent education.
