Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Implement IT infrastructure and systems administration, ensuring alignment with Galderma’s guidelines and policies.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems software and hardware to support operational efficiency.
• Develop scripts and basic programs to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality.
• Identify and implement improvements to application functionality, operating systems, and networks.
• Utilize appropriate tools to manage uptime, performance, resource availability, and security.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, implementing best practices to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide expert support to team members and stakeholders, offering guidance on IT-related challenges.
• Lead projects and own processes within the IT infrastructure domain, working independently with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Develop and present concepts, strategies, and solutions to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you bring:

• 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, administration, and support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security best practices.
• Strong scripting skills and experience with automation tools to enhance system efficiency.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience managing projects and processes independently, with limited supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high performance, security, and reliability in IT operations.
• Fluent in English and swedish.
