Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Managing and providing user support for IT infrastructure with a strong focus on computerized systems in a GMP-regulated environment
Acting as the operational link between the department and the central IT organization, ensuring alignment and secure delivery
Performing daily support, troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as planning and coordinating system upgrades and improvements
Contributing to procurement, implementation and validation of new systems and laboratory instruments
Ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements and data integrity expectations
Training colleagues in system usage and best practices
Supporting data storage, access control and audit trail management
Participating as an IT specialist during inspections, with guidance provided where needed

What you bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or IT operations
Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networks, Active Directory (LDAP), scripting and troubleshooting
Experience managing data storage related to instruments, including audit trails and data integrity
Excellent communication skills with fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience with administration and support of SharePoint Management Systems
Practical experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware in operational environments
Meritorious: experience from the pharmaceutical industry, experience in GMP-regulated environments and documented GMP knowledge (e.g., qualification documentation, deviation investigations)
Personal qualities: communicative, structured, quality-focused and comfortable working hands-on with coordination across multiple stakeholders
