Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager -Retail to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Lead the strategic initiative, aimed at creating an integrated and improved customer experience across all channels
- Plan, manage, and follow up on all phases of the project, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align business and technical stakeholders towards common objectives
- Report progress, status, risks, and dependencies to the steering group and other key stakeholders
- Drive procurement and implementation of systems such as MDM and CRM to support business and customer objectives
- Ensure agile practices are effectively applied within the project organization
- Strengthen long-term customer loyalty while improving internal processes and efficiency
- Act as a driving force in realizing the customer’s vision of delivering Sweden’s most appreciated pharmacy experience
What you bring
- Proven track record in leading complex IT and business projects within retail, e-commerce, or customer data domains
- Strong understanding of both strategic business needs and technical solution landscapes
- Experience working with agile methodologies in dynamic and fast-changing environments
- Demonstrated success in procurement processes and system implementations (e.g., MDM, CRM)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and align diverse project teams
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong prioritization and decision-making skills under pressure
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with a clear sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams
- Fluency in Swedish (required) and strong communication skills in English
