Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager -Retail to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Lead the strategic initiative, aimed at creating an integrated and improved customer experience across all channels
Plan, manage, and follow up on all phases of the project, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams and align business and technical stakeholders towards common objectives
Report progress, status, risks, and dependencies to the steering group and other key stakeholders
Drive procurement and implementation of systems such as MDM and CRM to support business and customer objectives
Ensure agile practices are effectively applied within the project organization
Strengthen long-term customer loyalty while improving internal processes and efficiency
Act as a driving force in realizing the customer’s vision of delivering Sweden’s most appreciated pharmacy experience

What you bring

Proven track record in leading complex IT and business projects within retail, e-commerce, or customer data domains
Strong understanding of both strategic business needs and technical solution landscapes
Experience working with agile methodologies in dynamic and fast-changing environments
Demonstrated success in procurement processes and system implementations (e.g., MDM, CRM)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and align diverse project teams
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong prioritization and decision-making skills under pressure
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with a clear sense of ownership and accountability
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams
Fluency in Swedish (required) and strong communication skills in English
