Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for end-users in office and remote locations, as well as engineers in the field
Operate, monitor, and maintain IT solutions and local backup systems
Implement, test, and optimize adjustments and extensions of existing IT solutions
Perform daily monitoring of systems and integrations, analyze and resolve reported errors
Document monitoring procedures, solutions, and local IT infrastructure
Manage contacts with suppliers of local IT systems
Participate in and manage smaller local IT infrastructure projects
Collaborate with IT colleagues in EU meetings and support regional Service Desk operations
Take initiatives to optimize business processes and improve IT operations

What you bring:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Experience with Microsoft Teams and basic M365 administration
VMware knowledge and experience with virtualized environments
Networking skills, particularly in Windows Server-based networks
Experience analyzing and troubleshooting 1st and 2nd line support issues
Familiarity with ITIL framework, focusing on service requests and incidents
Experience working with major Service Desk systems
3+ years of experience in a global company with central/hosted IT infrastructure
Willingness to travel within the region 1–2 times per year
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
Self-driven, able to take ownership of tasks and inform managers on progress and actions
