Senior IT Support Technician - 14014

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, and on-site assistance.
Register and manage support cases through the case management system.
Handle account management tasks in Active Directory, including activation and password administration.
Perform troubleshooting in Windows environments and commonly used applications.
Support users with account activations, password resets, and data imports/exports.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of user issues and maintain high service quality.
Work on-site in central Stockholm according to the client’s schedule and security requirements.

What you bring:

Proven experience in providing user support for commonly used software and IT environments.
Hands-on experience with case management systems.
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
A genuine interest in technology and user support.
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and helpful approach.
Ability to explain technical matters in a clear and pedagogical way.
Flexibility regarding working hours and support needs.
Swedish citizenship and willingness to undergo security screening in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
Meritorious: Prior experience working within environments regulated by the Security Protection Act.
