Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ITFM & CSDM Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the IT Financial Management (ITFM) initiative and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Align financial and service management strategies with business and IT objectives
Implement ITFM processes, frameworks, and tools to improve cost transparency, invoicing accuracy, and financial accountability
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Unit stakeholders to collect requirements and promote adoption of service data models and ITFM practices
Translate financial and business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time and structured delivery in coordination with suppliers

What you bring:

Proven leadership experience in IT Financial Management (ITFM) or Technology Business Management (TBM) initiatives
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of implementing financial solutions in IT environments
Expertise in cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting, service modeling, and chargeback/showback models
Ability to connect financial practices with service-centric data structures for improved transparency and strategic decision-making
Highly structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to bridge technical and financial teams
Experience with enterprise financial systems and ServiceNow is preferred
Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is a plus
TBM/ITFM certifications are advantageous
Demonstrated independence, high competence in the role, and ability to lead smaller groups or sub-areas
