Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and enhance a real-time system within the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) domain.
Contribute to backend development in Java, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with team members through agile practices, including pair programming and collective problem-solving.
Take part in full-stack development activities when required, supporting end-to-end delivery.
Ensure compliance, security, and quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
Actively contribute ideas, improvements, and best practices to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.

What you bring:

At least 5 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong backend focus.
Experience with full-stack development is an advantage.
Previous experience in Financial Crime Prevention (FCP), payments, or related domains is a strong plus.
Proven experience in Java development within the banking sector.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
A structured, delivery-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
