Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Kafka Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Act as a bridge between the technical team and other parts of the operations and development organization.
  • Ensure robust, secure, and efficient development and/or operations within the assigned technical area.
  • Lead and coordinate projects involving design, implementation, and maintenance in the designated technical domain.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and coach team members to strengthen the group’s technical expertise.

What you bring:

Specific skills and experience for the role:

  • Expert knowledge in Kafka and the assigned technical domain, with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of security within the assigned technical area.
  • Leadership experience in agile methodologies, DevOps, or matrix organizations at a team level.

General skills and experience:

  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Structured working style with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
