Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Laboratory Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Operate and maintain X-ray instruments and other laboratory equipment, including package quality lab tools, to support research and development projects.
Ensure high standards of equipment reliability, data integrity, and compliance with safety procedures.
Collect, analyze, and document experimental data according to laboratory protocols.
Develop and optimize experimental methods to improve precision, efficiency, and reproducibility.
Collaborate with other engineers, researchers, and external partners to support project objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes, methods, and technical performance.
Troubleshoot equipment and experimental setups to maintain smooth laboratory operations.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
Hands-on experience with X-ray or similar analytical techniques is advantageous.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team environment.
Patient and methodical approach to conducting complex experiments and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and technical excellence.
