Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Lean Production Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Act as an expert and coach in developing and implementing the customer’s LEAN production system
Drive the development of value flows to meet strategic goals, KPIs, and operational targets
Apply problem-solving methodologies and analytical thinking to drive both daily and long-term improvements
Lead and execute projects and kaizen events as needed
Support and influence leaders and employees in continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to the development of processes, methods, and LEAN systems alongside colleagues
Educate and train employees in LEAN principles to build a culture of continuous improvement

What you bring:

Proven experience with LEAN methodology and implementation of LEAN-based production systems
Knowledge of supply chain, quality management, and production processes
Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written
Advantageous: university education in a relevant field
Advantageous: experience in leading and coaching at various organizational levels
Advantageous: project management experience and knowledge of products and technology
Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills
Personal drive, problem-solving capability, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Leadership qualities to support daily operations and improvement initiatives
