Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Logistic Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate with project management teams to create and maintain project schedules for gas turbine projects.
- Analyze and monitor material flow during project execution, ensuring clear visualization of progress across interfaces.
- Update project schedules, manage deviations, and perform regular progress updates in collaboration with the Senior Project Scheduler (SPS).
- Identify and address challenges during project implementation, developing solutions with the project team.
- Balance customer focus with internal project goals to deliver high-quality results.
- Contribute to resource planning and ensure effective execution and monitoring of ongoing staffing requirements.
What you bring:
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or extensive relevant experience in the field.
- Specialized competence in planning, scheduling, and material flow analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and structured mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Qlik Sense, or Primavera is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work on-site at the Finspång office at least three days per week (initially five days per week).
