Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive and further develop the Logistics Development roadmap and implementation plan
Lead investment projects and pre-studies within logistics development, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Identify improvement opportunities and propose efficient logistics solutions within industrial operations
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to secure progress, manage dependencies, and ensure effective communication
Support decision-making by preparing clear presentations, analyses, and documentation

What you bring:

3–5 years of solid experience in industrial logistics principles and methods (e.g., Kanban, 2-bin, Kitting, JiT)
3–5 years of experience working with WMS systems, preferably SAP
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and preferably Swedish
A structured, proactive approach and the ability to drive initiatives independently
