Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Logistics Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct material flow analyses and ensure smooth coordination between different project interfaces.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Use SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for project planning, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks, deviations, or bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Support resource planning for projects, with a focus on execution and ongoing staffing needs.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Planning, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
- Proficiency in SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik Sense (or similar analytical tools).
- Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities effectively.
- Strong customer focus balanced with internal project objectives.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work on-site in Finspång at least three days per week.
