Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior LTSD / Supplier Declarations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Ensure accuracy and compliance of Long-Term Supplier Declarations (LTSDs) and Single Supplier Declarations for EU-origin parts according to EU Implementing Regulation and internal standards
Download, review, and verify all LTSDs and Single Supplier Declarations from Ariba
Check supplier and customer details, descriptions of goods, periods covered, statements of preferential origin, eligible destination countries, and signatures
Cross-check part numbers with LTSDs, report discrepancies to SuM or customs, and ensure master data is updated
Document all LTSD-related findings in the LTSD Matrix
Share findings with SuM/SSC and request revised declarations as needed
Follow up to ensure corrected LTSDs are uploaded in Ariba
Participate in meetings for alignment, follow-up, and process improvements
Provide input for updating LTSD guidelines
Update dashboards to track LTSD validation, verification progress, and findings
Align with applicable rules of origin (FTAs) and maintain direct contact with suppliers

What you bring:

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Pivot Analysis
Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
Proficiency in SAP Ariba
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work with precision
Strong communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders
